"This is an older hotel with OK-to-bad service. They did not know what a VIP Expedia member was, even though Expedia says that this is a VIP hotel, whatever that means. Had a leak in our room in the middle of the night from the AC. It was the less expensive option, so I am not complaining as I knew what I was getting into. The food was good, better than expected."

Once we found out the customs, we didn’t encounter the attitudes anymore. Jerome, the employee at the beach/pool was awesome and needs a raise. He is the best part of the resort!!!!!!"

"I love how private this resort was; it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. Everyone was so kind, but I do wish they had escorted us to our room. I got lost trying to find it, and I was alone with my son and our bags, having to carry them alone upstairs. I would recommend this place."
