"Rooms were ok, staff friendly overall"

"We stayed at the Baha Mar Grand Hyatt section. Everything overall was wonderful but just a few things can be improved. The restaurants are extremely expensive and they need to have more quality economical choices. For example we went to the Pizza Lab (one of the more affordable options) and it cost well over $200 for 3 people. The other area to be improved are the lounge chair/umbrella situation on the beach. "Worst vacation ever. Most of the hotel staff acted like it was an inconvenience whenever you asked for something. The food was horrible. It is suppose to be ALL INCLUSIVE but on the dinner menu you were charged $78 for steak and lobster. We had to ask for towels 3 out of the 4 days. They were doing construction on the back of the building. So, while you are in the pool you hear a jack hammer. The activities were limited. Nightly entertainment was horrible. "We had an amazing time at the British Colonial! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. The beach was small, but pretty perfect. Despite the cruise ships being so close, we still saw wildlife and swam with sea turtles everyday. The restaurant staff was lovely, both the dinner restaurant and the breakfast space. We would definitely stay here again if we visited Nassau again!"

"I’m not one to usually leave reviews but in this case, it’s imperative. The Comfort Suites Paradise Island checked all of the boxes! Excellence across the board. Immaculate room, delicious breakfast, very nice pool, manicured property with a great location, and MOST of all the staff was exceptional, every single one of them that I encountered was professional, courteous and accommodating. The property is virtually brand new, the staff truly understands great customer service, and the hotel property is relaxing for those wanting a relaxed visit to the Bahamas. BahaMar, Downtown, and Atlantis are all 15 mins or less. The pool and the beach are amazing. Worth the price!"

"Sandyport Resort is a cozy stay. Nestled in a cute little village surrounded by local eateries and shops. I enjoyed the secluded but vibrant area. The property is a little antiquated but it’s nice. Staff and locals were the hilight of my stay."
