Cari Hotel di Bahama

"It was no major issue other than there needs to be more cost transparency while at the resort. We did not mind the VAT or the gratuities however when I used the cashless option the total cost of items never appears on their card terminals. The cashier always had to tell me the cost. It doesn't change the price but I want to see the cost of the service or item before signing."

"The staff were amazing and very helpful"

"Staff great. Kendrick in the main dining was very good and made me feel welcome all the time. Lady at concierge hady reservation ahead of time and callede by name everytime she saw me. Food was great. I would recommend to any traveler"

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is expansive, beautiful, and well maintained. The dining options were very limited (many of the restaurants were closed). Our room was great. It was surprising how great the kitchen in our room was equipped."

"All rooms even club member rooms are outdated and in poor condition. Dirty shower, chipped paint, pealing ceilings. Rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly. House keeping is a joke at this property. Our sink and counter top wasn't cleaned a single time. And we stayed for 7 days. Even after requesting our room be swept due to sand tracking in the room. It was only swept once. Customer service at this property is also poor. Some bar and wait staff employees were rude and acted like they didn't want to be...

"We were there during the down season so the pool bar was closed for renovation. Loved the peace and quiet, not many guests there. Food was really good overall and changed up each night. We only ate at the buffet and found that sufficient. Beach was beautiful, taxi’s were expensive though. We felt stuck there unless we wanted to pay $50 or more to go one way somewhere. Older resort but they constantly work to keep it fixed up. Rooms were nice. Pools nice"

"Been here many times. Never had any complaints until this time. Staff at different times were rude and inconsiderate. Idk why but it was really disappointing because I love this place"

"In general it was a good experience, although breakfast menus was behind expectations and needs more variety of items."

"The staff aren't very welcoming, I guess, because tips are already included in the restaurant bills; otherwise, it was a very positive experience at the resort."

"Clean room and resort, delicious food, great activities and absolutely beautiful beach."
