"Van ontvangst tot check out verliep alles heel vlot. Heel vriendelijk personeel. In de kamer was alles picobello en ze kwamen zelfs nog langs om te vragen of we voldoende handdoeken en koffie hadden. Ook de wellness is een echte meerwaarde. De ligging aan de dijk en de haven kan niet beter zijn. Het o tbijtbuffet in de morgen maakte alles af! Een echte aanrader waar we zeker terugkomen 😊 Voor ons 10/10!!"

"Location was lovely. Cute square just outside the building with lots of bars and cafes. They all close by midnight, so the noise is not an issue. A short walk to the city centre. Staff was wonderful. Metro station directly outside of the hotel. The rooms are slightly tired, but clean. Some minor repairs to walls, flooring and fixtures would refresh the property."

"Bar is not open 24hrs as advertised. The hallway rug on level 2 was old and dirty. No shower curtains. It is a family oriented hostel, lots of kids. The kids playground is next to the bar. Breakfast for sure not fancy but ok. It is in a residential area. Only 2 small restaurants across the street, one of them no alcohol. Close by train station north."

"The best things about this hotel were comfortable beds, a good size room and excellent staff, especially the lady who checked us in. Onyeka (not sure is this spelling is correct) greeted us warmly, and gave us waffles and a chance to win free parking on a spin the wheel game, which we did! She also gave us great recommendations for a restaurant in Bruges and suggested a stroll by the water that was absolutely charming. Best check in yet! "Amazing decor! An absolutely beautiful hotel! My only gripe is the shower. The glass wall used to keep water in the shower was on the wrong side of the tub, making it useless to stop water from getting all over the floor. Other than that, I adored the water fountains, the books, the lift decor and everything else that made this hotel so gorgeous and sustainable."

"Nice clean hotel a short walk from the centre of the old town. Close proximity to shopping and dining options. Friendly staff very willing to help. Very limited food options within the hotel, particularly if you arrive late. Only breakfast is served and the Bar has some minimal food service, supposedly till 11 or midnight. When we were there the chef had left by 10 and we were directed to go a couple of blocks away to a pedestrian area with some options there. Would probably stay there again but...

"Het hotel was erg netjes! Alleen achter het bed lag wel veel stof en een gebruikte tissue in het bed toen we aankwamen. Maar verder was het erg schoon en het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk!"

"Der Blick vom Zimmer auf die Nordsee war wunderschön aber das Hotel ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Restauration. Das Frühstück ist okay allerdings auch nicht hervorragend. Das Reinigungspersonal, das für unser Zimmer zuständig war, war „grottenschlecht“. Es hat in den 4 Tagen, in denen wir hier waren, nicht einmal den Staubsauger benutzt, nicht einmal den Tisch abgewischt und Kronkorken von geöffneten Flaschen weggeräumt. "Property is located nearby all of the must-sees but is tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet at night. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The woman who checked us in and out was fantastic and fun to talk with, and this morning, we left extremely early, around five in the morning, and the man working the night greeted us and gave us coffee to go. One of the best trips ever and Bruges is beautiful!!!"
