Cari Hotel di Belgia

"朝食が良かったです"

"This hotel is positioned as a luxury hotel with a spa - it is far from that. I didn’t get a chance to use any of the amenities because it was booked out in advance and there’s no availability to the amenities after checkout the following day if you’re staying in Brussels longer. The restaurant in the hotel is not part of the hotel so guests don’t get preference to use it. The staff were unhelpful in trying to accommodate usage to the amenities. The hotel decor is tired and feels a little...

"Everything was perfect, my wife is very demanding and it was satisfied"

"Amazing location. Loved how clean the rooms and the common areas were. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Beautiful and would stay here again."

"excellent location, clean but the rooms are small with almost no storage space"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting brussels and would happily stay here again! We were 9 people same room but enough bathrooms."

"Can’t watch TV, call the service to fix not able to fix eventually. Otherwise room was pretty good , bed comfy . 15mins walk to center ."

"good location, large room, nice bathroom. paid for a superior room with king bed. I expect the bed to be of good quality. It had a hard lumpy old mattress topper pathetic. It should have a pillow top for the price i paid. taxis do not bring you to the door.At night anice view of everybodies garbage for pickup in the morning and delivery trucks at 7:00"

"Nuestra primera vez en Brujas. Reservamos una habitación con vista a la ciudad y nos dieron una habitación con vista al edificio del frente del Hotel."

"No air conditioning !!! Traditional radiator heating. Not enough power outlets. No telephone in the room, I had to call the front desk with my mobile phone. Good restaurant. Closes at 10 pm. Last order for one course at 8:30 pm. Extra charge for room service : EUR 25 (approx. USD 30) No receipt ticket for luggage left in the hotel luggage storage room. Reception desk staff from OK to excellent, depending on the person on duty."
