"Las Terrazas was absolutely wonderful to stay at! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the whole property was beautiful. They had great amenities: kayaks, stand up paddle boards, pool, beachside games… And the breakfast every morning was delicious and just what we needed to get going on our days’ adventures. "A beautiful setting complimented by Marsha and Jose and their staff!! Food was very well prepared and presented. They were very helpful with coordinating with tour groups and the bar is well stocked. "

"We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great.
That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are.
We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. Even if the property was a hole in a ditch, I would stay there again for them! They are truly exceptional.

"Staff at Mata Rocks is exceptional, from the manager Ernesto to the bartenders and wait staff to the housekeeping staff. They helped with everything - cart rental, snorkel tours, restaurant recommendations...
Room was very comfortable (except it needs reading lights for the beds.) Pool was fun and spotless, and the beach area was immaculate.
Bonus points for having pickleball courts!"

"Rosie the Office Manager was very helpful with changing our time for the water taxi.
Ashanti the bartender made the best dirty banana I have ever enjoyed.
Paulina our housekeeper did an excellent job in maintaining the order and cleanness of our room.
Mike the maintenance man educated us on the culture of the people of Ambergris Caye and recommended the best restaurants on the island.

"The property is beautiful and staff are kind and friendly. My only issue was with the beach front property. Due to the Sargassum issue, the smell is horrible and making it hard to spend time on the beach or on the beautiful balcony. I would recommend staying at the lagoon side if you’re heading there. Other than that, I would definitely return. "
