"You’re greeted at the door with a welcome drink and a run down of the property and of the neighbourhood. If there was a way to give 50/5 stars to the staff then I would. Laundry services, the cleaning staff, the genuine care for the property, and the local knowledge shared with us went a long way. The rooms, the facilities, and the property were immaculate. Again, the level of customer service is unmatched! Walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars, and they can organize a taxi and/or golf cart...

"I had a great time room was beautiful, plunge pool was mainly hot due to the sun felt like a hot tub which im not complaining about. The misuse was amazing I highly recommend getting a massage from her a great experience. Only thing I'd give 2 stars was the food it was alight, definitely could have been better. The staff was always there when I needed them very attentive to every need."

"We had a wonderful time in Belize. The Lodge at Jaguar Reef was lovely. The location was perfect; close to town. The facility was clean and well appointed. The food & drinks were delicious. The best part was the employees. We were always greeted warmly and with smiles.
I need to acknowledge a few employes.
