"Within a very convenient central Location with a short walk to the old town. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you could need The only issue we had was the air conditioner leaking one day and not working properly but it was sorted within the same day The staff were extremely helpful and polite and the breakfast was amazing with an excellent selection and choice for everyone I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Our experience at Hollywood Hotel was absolutely appalling. The first room we were given had non-functioning air conditioning, so we had to move rooms. Unfortunately, the second room was hardly any better — the AC was so weak that it was practically useless. "The balcony doors ware out of the frame couldn’t close :( this is not okay I had valuable items with me and anyone with video of crossing over the balcony was able to cross over and try to get in. Sorry but Not okay. 2nd the shower floor was full of water after showering it couldn’t drain the slope was leading away from the drain . 2-3” of water was collecting there at all time and could go away."

"Staff and the property was great and a fantastic location for the old part of Mostar, Old Bridge etc. Only issue, as with any hotel in a small city, is parking. Theres on street parking outside the hotel and Private Parking at the side and just down the street. This is charged at 20euro per 12 hours so a day is 40euro. We decided to park around a 20 minute walk away and spent around 10 euros in totals for a 2 day stay. Stadion Parking Mostar. The app is useless oh and parking meters only take...
