"Many properties use air fresheners to make the room smell perdy. They used far too much of it in my otherwise perfect room. Stayed up all night choking on the overwhelming air freshener!"

"Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel happily took my money but didn’t honour my reservation that I had already paid for through Expedia!!! I made this reservation back in November and paid for it in its entirety. Went to check in and they said they didn’t have a room for us!! Left us completely stranded in one of the busiest weekends in Squamish. "

"The building feels very outdated, and there was a noticeable bad smell in the room. The furniture looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1950s, which was disappointing considering the price. Paying $393 for one night felt quite unreasonable for a property in this condition. There were also visible stains on the carpets throughout the hotel, which made the place feel poorly maintained.
On a positive note, the staff were very nice, approachable, and polite, which we appreciated.

"The lifts for Blackcomb and Whistler was a easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room had a pleasant and peaceful view of the mountains."

"The resort is set in the heart of Indigenous land, and the energy felt calm and deeply relaxing. It offered clean, reasonably good-quality accommodations, and the staff were both professional and genuinely welcoming. If I return to Osoyoos, I would definitely stay there again. I only wish I had been able to walk the trails around the resort, but they were closed to unauthorized visitors."
