"The point of this place is obviously the hot spring pools, which are wonderful. And the staff is great. The resort itself is run-down from heavy use and needs a good cleaning and a major refresh. It's a historic building, yes, but it does need to be kept up. For the price I paid, I'd like a mattress that isn't hard and old."

Airport shuttle is a plus but only upto 10:30 p. M. Should have been upto 12:00 a. M. For late arrivals. Property shows age. Rooms are spacious. Washrooms need some modern updates. "
