So thick that your body went to the center of the bed and it was hard to get out. The big garden tub was unsafe because it was very slippery while taking a shower. "The Friday, Saturday, and Sunday staff were very helpful. I wasn't able to get any extra k-cup pods for my room, after I used the last one Saturday morning. The Monday staff was the worst! After I had checked out of the hotel, I got 3 different alerts on my phone saying that my card had declined for 3 more charges from Choice Hotels. I was furious! I had paid in full for the weekend already and the room was left in excellent condition. When I called them to ask why they had done that, they lied...
