"The room was large and comfortable, and the fittings and fixtures looked clean and new especially in the bathroom. The staff were helpful and kind, providing us recommendation for local food. Most of all, the hotel was in an excellent central location, within walking distance to most major sites in the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay here in Sofia and are happy to recommend this hotel!"

"Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted. Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team. "Perfect location, just off Vitosha Boulevard and less than 10 minutes from Serdika station. Good size bedroom. I was in the 6th floor and it was very peaceful. Reception kindly stored my luggage for a few hours after check out. I would happily stay at the hotel again."

"Perfect location, super helpful staff, great amenities!"

"Overall a fantastic stay at a sleek, new, business-focused property in an excellent location. The hotel is very clean and up-to-date throughout. A couple of small practicalities to keep in mind when packing: there are no USB charging outlets in the rooms, so you'll need a standard wall plug adapter, and conditioner is not included with the toiletries."

"We went during the end of the season (mid September) and everything was clearly shutting down - the snack bar closed 3 days early too. Pool wasn’t cleaned every night, was rarely used but when I went in, there was sand at the bottom and leaves floating. The buffet was the same every day, with poor choice for vegetarians (some foods were incorrectly labelled and I had to double check), and mid food at best. In the last days, they were running out of things so no longer had a choice of breads,...

"Truly a 5 star hotel. As a student of Thracian history, this was the perfect homebase for my explorations of the region. I'm excited to return! The gym and buffet and spa experience were top notch."
