"The room with a bed on a mezzanine and a nice big balcony was spacious and fun. The staff were all really helpful. The breakfast was good with a nice mix of the usual breakfast fare and some local foods. The location was great, a short walk from several attractions and a metro station."

All that being said the ambient noise was just too much to accept for a premium offering of a Hyatt property. "Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Unico inconveniente, la macchina del caffè che non funzionava. L'hotel è a due passi dalla Vitosha Boulevard, la vivace via pedonale ricca di ristoranti, locali e negozi, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Serdica della metro da cui si raggiunge l'aeroporto e nel raggio di 20-25 minuti si trovano tutte le principali attrazioni della città.
