We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. "What a great hotel! Wow factor when you walk in, welcome tea, baggage taken to room etc etc etc. In all, a lovely welcome. Kanika made great recommendations and we took her up on the dinner/ show recommendation and we loved it! She continued to check in with us with a smile and professionalism we really appreciated! She's an asset to the resort! The room was wonderfully spacious and pool area beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. All the staff really can't do enough for you....
