Cari Hotel di Kanada

"Beautiful room and view."

"There was a bird rotting on the balcony next to us. Bird droppings all over the balconies. Balcony door wasn’t sealed very well. It almost sounded like our bed was placed right on Young Street’s sidewalk. Room was cold/no heat, staff had only one solution which was a portable heater and more blankets. Thermostat wouldn’t generate any heat period. The bathroom had allot of long black hair’s behind both toilet and door. The bathroom vent/fan grill was disguising The mattress was sucking...

"Good"

"This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Expensive but it is nice clean staff is friendly. Its right in a busy spot for fun and close to the falls. Check this hotel out."

"It is a dated hotel with rooms smaller than your kitchen. We had booked a "suite" but got a small room on the ground floor that barely had any room to move around. (room with no room). It also had a door with an access to another room and we could hear our neighbours clearly. It is an average hotel but the prices are aggressive compared to what they offer. I wouldnt book it next time."

"Beautiful place highly recommend for anyone"

"Excellent family oriented hotel."

"yes"

"Restaurant on site was good. Hotel is dated and could use some updates. Swimming pool is okay, hot tub needs to be replaced - it's not very hot and the jets don't work. Not worth the price in my opinion."

"We got there early to use the water park with our grandchildren, they told us they would text us when the room was ready. By 4:30pm we had not yet got a text, so checked with the front desk and they said we should have received the text but we did not. The text did come at 10:38pm that evening. When we got to our room, the electronic key in the wrist bands would not work. Had to go back to the front desk and they issued us all new arm bands. Also, some of the staff working in the kiddie section...
