"When I booked the price was very reasonable but has since gone up almost double. I loved everything about this hotel. We arrived mid afternoon and had no trouble checking in. Our luggage was delivered to our room and we were able to get direction to the library bar to get something to eat. "Honestly, based on all the reviews we’d read beforehand, we didn’t have high expectations — but the Heritage Room exceeded them. The room was very clean, the shower had strong water pressure, there was no noticeable odor, and the hair dryer was actually decent. The pools were well set up; while the outdoor one could’ve been hotter, overall we had no complaints. A surprisingly enjoyable stay. The front desk lady was very helpful! Great first impression."

"This hotel is in a great location walking distance to everything.Room was very clean. Check in was easy. Everyone at the front desk was helpful,efficient and welcoming. It is a little pricey. Had to pay for parking which was $22.50 per night which i thought should of been included with your stay. Breakfast was included and it was what you would expect for a hotel. Overall was a great experience. "

"Just needed a place to rest our head for the night after finishing a cruise. We had a private double room with en-suite bath. Everything was basic, but had the necessities and was very clean. Very much appreciated that they let us store our bags so we could explore the city freely prior to checking in. Only downside we noted is that all the doors/ latches are heavy commercial-style fixtures, so you can clearly hear anytime someone down the hall opens/shuts their door. Convenient to public...
