"Not the cleanest, floor wasn’t cleaned in room before we arrived. Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities. "

"Average 3* hotel. Upon arrival, there was a distasteful smell around the reception area. Staff at check in was very helpful but after subsequent interactions with the staff seemed quite dismissive and less welcoming which was a shame. Room was clean and basic amenities provided but no general waste bin bags available. We were only staying 3 nights so we would not buy bin bags. Also no room service since we were only staying 3 nights. View from room was average. "

"This is our 4th time at this hotel and really can’t fault it however we booked through Expedia and I wouldn’t again as after booking was a further large expense on top of price for luggage and seats on plane etc through ryanair . This was for 3 people I initially priced the holiday through another site and could have saved myself money with transfers added in as well"

"Unfortunately wouldn’t return, not upto 5 star standard at all! Cleaning not upto standard, staff are rude, cocktails are cheap and nasty tasting at a 5 star price, no decent wine. Cleaners think it’s appropriate to hang dirty towels back up instead of giving clean ones, when you have left them on the floor where your supposed to in order to get clean ones. Bellboy didn’t give us one suitcase and I didn’t think to check as I popped to the toilet my husband had loaded them into the taxi. This...

"Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Leider wurde fast täglich vergessen das Wasser im Zimmer aufzufüllen. Wenn man nur am Pool oder am Meer liegen will, ist die Unterkunft gut. Wer mehr erwartetet, muss woanders einchecken. "

"Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown shopping and restaurant. Highly recommend this place."

"Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs.
