"Overall our stay was just ok. The room had a strong odor. The light and ceiling fan would turn off and on and different times of the day. I believe the remote to the ceiling fan was programmed to the room above us. The door had to be opened with a lot of force because it would get jammed. This was room 2160 on the first floor."

"When arriving at the resort, we were hoping to use the amenities or take a tour to know what was available and get our vacation started.
