"I loved my room and the pool area.
Outside of that, it was pretty disappointing:
- There was no regular food place open, especially for breakfast and lunch, depsite being an all-inclusive.
- Staff were slow to respond, didn't speak or understand English, were sometimes rude
- It was not clear from the booking that the beach is a golf cart ride. Quick, but not a beach front property as advertised.
- Staff gave preferential treatment to White guests. I am a Black, American women.
- Drinks...
