"This beautiful home was build with love and we were made to feel like family. Every inch of the house has been put together with thought and is clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was prepared for us on our schedule and was delicious. I would go out of my way to stay here again!"

"unfortunately, our stay at KingsMill resort was disappointing, especially for the price. The room felt dated, they were dirty sheets left in the closet, a hand towel had red stain, and there was some trash around the entrance of our door. At the clubhouse, we also noticed spiderwebs around the outdoor fans above the table, the food was just OK. The manager and staff were very pleasant and apologetic when I called about my concerns. We did enjoy the gym outdoor pool, especially the lazy river....

"Breakfast could have been better! I have an 8 month old baby and it wasn’t many options for the baby to eat, no bananas and the oatmeal was cold. Pretty much there should have been a microwave for you to heat up your food. Very limited seating and only two high chairs that I saw. My oldest son was extremely excited for waffles but there wasn’t any. Only pancakes and they were pretty small. The only juice they had was cranberry, no bacon just two different spaces of sausages"

"I didnt have no hot tub in the room the hotel is old worn out. 1980's still have a pay phone one ice maker downstairs the pool was clean but no air conditioner for the inside pool very hot one of the maids very rude because she didn't want to make the beds up on Wednesday 12 am the good thing about this hotel is clean in quiet the beds very comfortable staff need to tell people stop holding the carts in their room for people to use to but their clothes fake advertising no breakfast tea coffee in...

"Any individual making waffles should get one turn and then move to the end of the line. Should hold no matter how big a family you have. Same should hold fir breakfast tables so that every guest FAMILY enjoys equally."
