"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are up to date and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price. Location in Providencia is near Tobalaba metro station, shopping at Costanera and MUT shopping centers, and several excellent independent restaurants."

"Unfortunately we had a room on the highway side of the building, it was so noisy that neither of us got any sleep and we had a 1:30am rise to catch a plane, so unfortunately that is why we give it a three out of five. We already had another night booked for later in our trip and thankfully we managed to get a room on the quieter side of the building and had a good nights rest on that occasion."

"There is no Gym in the property, the staff is Chilean, therefore friendliness is not part of their culture. They were helpful enough. Nothing bad. Breakfast is great. The room was very nice, clean and modern with great AC. "

Meine Empfehlung, um die tolle Lage des Hotels rundum geniessen zu koennen. Die Sauberkeit ist top, sehr gute Dusche."
