Cari Hotel di Cile

"A clean generous sized room. A nice bathroom. Close to Santiago Airport with a free shuttle. Note that we had to wait 45 minutes for our airport pickup because it only runs on a set schedule."

"Amazing views! Only that is enough. They complement it with great facilities, comfortable room. Awesome food with exceptional dinner dishes and great breakfast buffet. The swimming pool is great completed by saunas and spa paid service"

"I booked this thinking I could relax before my 15 hr flight but I couldn’t. This morning I tried to use the pool and the access card didn’t let me, there was no one to ask for help around pr open the door. The coffee machine in my room wasn’t working, I wanted to grab a coffee from the hotel cafe and for that I had to pay for a full breakfast buffet. Eventually I was able to get some instant coffee only but there were too many difficulties to obtain a simple cup of coffee to start my day. Very...

"Safe and quiet location, yet near the center of the Providencia. Easy access to the public transportation, and good options for the restaurant. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and staffs were friendly and helpful. I would revisit if I come back to Santiago."

"Muy bien"

"Muy buen hotel"

"Great location with many restaurants in walking distance."

"A Banheira externa do Domo estava com temperatura ótima, bem quente, mas era pouco anatomica, o colchão era muito duro, as piscina não abriram no horário previsto. Os funcionários foram formidáveis , pessoas maravilhosas! O cafe da manhã era basico mas gostoso! O Hotel dispõe de ótimas trilhas, lugar fabuloso, natureza pura , agradável e de fácil acesso!"

"todo bonito y limpio , buena ubicacion , buen precio"

"Very caring and accommodating staff. We arrived at 1am and everything run smoothly. Thank you"

"Very good stay. I'll seek to be back in the future. One note, about fresh air. No window on my room opened to let fresh air in. This is somewhat understandable if the setting is to use the HVAC which likely will allow a % of fresh air. But as soon as you leave the room in the morning the HVAC turns off. And by the time you arrive back in the evening it's not good and takes a while to get good fresh air through the % of the HVAC."

"Buena localizacion, limpio"

"Helpful staff"

"We had the best time at Hotel Lago Grey - the staff were extremely helpful and it is set up to help you get the most out of your trip with the least amount of effort required. I only gave it 4 stars because whilst the view from the room is out of this world - some basic amenities like a kettle and provision of water were missing, and there was only one restaurant and menu of food options to choose from. However, the staff were super responsive and went out of the way to really help you. They...
