"Very well located 5min walk from Rosebank Gautrain station. It was easy and convenient to make the return journey to the airport. The staff were all very polite and attentive, I interacted with security, reception, restaurant and cleaning staff and all were exceptionally helpful. "Hotel arranged airport transfer was a let down Driver was hidden away an nearly missed finding him , journey was very uncomfortable by dark circuitous route and very poor driving - shooting red lights etc. Hotel was overrun with unsupervised school children playing with lifts and causing delays of up to 30 minutes to get an elevator. No hot water for morning shower and a lack of genuine concern on the part of management to remedy any of the above. "

"Although on Expedia it was indicated that there is an airport shuttle 24/7, it has to be booked in advance. There is a shuttle to Rosebank Mall and the Zone every 30 minutes which brings convinience. "
