"The staff was so kind and the room was very clean and orderly. We also loved the breakfast! However, upon arrival, the front desk staff gave us very clear rules about not smoking on the property (which we don’t smoke, so we were fine with) However, when we got to our room, it clearly smelled of cigarette smoke. "Overall the house was clean except for a lot of dust covered areas, including part of the wall where the deer head is mounted. Secondly, the window A/C on the second floor is dated and doesn't cool the second floor much. The second floor get hot and make it uncomfortable during the evening and part of the night.Thankfully, the weather was cool which is helped. Second floor A/C should be replaced and maybe have a ceiling fan installed near the loft. Mini Split is in needs some maintenance as...
