"I really like this hotel. I have stayed here three times since I started visiting Cartagena and each stay has been better than the last one. The location is in the center of the old city and you could not ask for it to be better. The staff is top-notch and go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. The rooms are a little smaller (admittedly I do not stay in the larger ones) but the hotel size itself makes up for it. I appreciate them more and more every time I stay in Cartagena."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. The room was clean room and housekeeping was done twice a day. The front desk staff were kind and helped in every way they could. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at GHL Arsenal. From the moment we stepped in from the heat, Alfonso made our stay extra special by greeting us with a lovely welcoming smile and a cold, delicious mixed fruit drink. It was perfect timing and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was a la carte with lots of options and the happy hour drinks helped to end the day. The rooftop infinity pool was by far, the highlight of our stay. The incredible views of Cartagena's harbour were perfect up...
