"It's a cool place to stay, definitely can feel the history. King room was great, love the massive hallways. Two specific issues: The bar outside looked amazing but the staff was rude, especially Kipp. Dismissive and condescending. We stayed for 3 nights and one day there was a wedding and the bar area was off-limits, not that big a deal. For two days there was some kind of trade show in the lobby and literally the entire lobby was filled with tables and people, you couldn't sit or find a spot...

"The Academy Hotel in Colorado Springs was a major disappointment. Our room was dingy, poorly maintained, and made us uncomfortable. We immediately requested a room change, but the front desk refused. There were also several red stains on the carpet leading to the room, which created an unsettling impression. After discussing our concerns with reception and receiving no assistance, we checked out and found another hotel. We simply did not feel comfortable staying the night."

"The room was not very clean and there was a bit of mold around the tub. The view from room was great and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent but a hodge pudge of things. Staff was very helpful and location was good."

"We didn’t get to stay in the Stanley proper but stayed at Aspire which ended up being ok because that’s where the pool and hot tub were located and my kids loved that. Rooms were very clean and amenities were satisfactory. Didn’t catch any ghost sightings but I imagine everyone walking up and down the hall right near your room if you’re staying right in the hotel would be annoying after a while or even just screw up if you thought you heard a real ghost or just people looking around. Anyways...

"I wish I could rate my experience higher but this Hyatt lacks customer service. When I called the front desk, they put me on hold, then hung up on me. The issue was never resolved - the thermostat in the apartment is really hard to adjust and the hotel did not provide support. The bed was not comfortable, the fact that there was no duvet cover but triple sheeting instead, and the lack of any bathroom amenities reveal the cheapness of the place. The hallways are super noisy in the morning when...

"Hello the property was just okay, I was checked in early with no problems however, the room I was put in had no lighting and sockets did not work, phone in room did not work as well then I was moved to another room with no problems, the next room that was given bathtub did not drain water and was completely bagged up took over an hour for maintenance to fix problem, staff then accommodated myself with another room and the phone,lights, and bathtub was working.
