"The whole hotel is out dated, but the rooms were clean. The gal at the front desk who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. The morning after we arrived, housekeeping came in and cleaned room and left new towels, etc. However, we never saw them again. Had to go down to front desk the night before we left to get new towels and wash clothes"

"Tour guide for all three of our tours, Ashley, was amazing! The car lot attendant was informative and kind. She made us feel welcomed. The lady at the check in desk was outstanding and knowledgeable. The tours were great. The steam room was inop. The gym should have been more accessible. We cannot wait until 8am to exercise all the time with our busy itineraries. Beautiful overall."

"Overall, the motel is poorly maintained (broken lamp shades, peeling paint, buckling flooring, back door "emergency" exits propped open, etc. Thankfully, the room was clean and I was able to get some much needed sleep. However, I will not be booking a room here again."

"My only complaint is the buffet. Charging a family of four $84 for such a small buffet was disappointing. There were very few food options, and the quality and selection did not justify the price. If you're going to charge what Golden Corral charges for a buffet, the variety and value should be comparable. Families already spend a lot of money to stay here, so the dining experience should feel like it's worth the extra cost. I hope you improve the buffet by offering more variety and better...

"Our stay at Hotel Glenwood Springs was disappointing, especially considering that we specifically requested and were promised an accessible room for my wife. When we checked in, one of the front desk employees initially told us that our room was accessible. However, another employee then stated that they “don’t just put” guests needing accessible accommodations into a king room. As a result, we were assigned Room 311, which was not the accessible room we had been promised. The problems didn’t...

"First the good. The staff was very considerate and helpful. The bad: 1) overpriced compared to the competition who have newer more modern amenities 2) very dated rooms, grounds, etc . Built in the 80s, stuck in the 80s. 3) got to resort only for them not to have our mtn view rm available, moved us to one the next day and comped breakfast 4) the new mtn view rm, had a door that drug and would hardly open, the screen door on the patio would barely open and close, the cabinet under the TV had...
