"This is a great property. We stayed 6 nights. Wonderful Public Areas with different seating areas. Sleeping rooms are well appointed and quiet. Never heard any hall or outdoor noice. We grabbed a quick lunch in the Cafe and the food was excellent. Only recommendation would be to have carpeting cleaned in Public Areas. Overall great experience.,"

"Staff tried to argue me about my bookings when I showed her that what my Expedia said and what here booking said was incorrect. They then told me I had to contact Expedia. Which I tried 3 times and never got through so I tried calling back to speak with a manager and I am still waiting on a call from the manager 2 days later."

I was told several times they would take care of it but they never did. The room wasn't cleaned the entire time we stayed so we ran out of towels. "Memorial weekend and all 4 elevators weren’t working. We have been traveling for over a week and came to Denver for a wedding. We don’t usually stay in an expensive hotel and was disappointed in the breakfast. It offered all the same things as the cheaper hotels only difference was served on plates with flatware instead of paper and plastic. We expected better and more options. Specially for the money. The cost of parking was exceptionally high. Very disappointed."

"The parking lot had people sleeping in their cars. Forgot something in my car. Went back to get it and found someone trying to get into my car. Rooms were dirty. Sheets stained. "I absolutely would NOT recommend this horn to anyone ever. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had on a “vacation”. The power was out all day on Saturday, I’m pregnant and we were there for my husband’s 30th birthday. What should’ve been a fun getaway turned into a nightmare. "I last minute booked this hotel and 10/10!! We didn’t get in the pool or hot tub but we did see people in the hot tub! The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the mountains! This was my first time visiting Colorado and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! I will definitely stay again whenever I decide to come back!!"
