"A weird set up. Looks like an old motel was closed in. Anyhow, room big and clean, if dated and a bit worn. There is noise from bar area until 11 pm. They are very clear about that, but not really a problem. Pool is pretty much unusable for adults as it is essentially in the middle of the restaurant. Weird. But kids used it. Large resteraunt on the ocean. Food pretty good and reasonable price. Staff friendly. Don't complain if it takes a while, just chill. They are clear about that also. Good...

"We had the beach front villa No. 8, which was huge & well appointed and private. Comfy bed & pillows, decent kitchen area. The sofa could have been more comfortable and a bit larger. Buffet breakfast was nice, happy hour was relaxing, front desk staff were helpful, & other staff were so gentle and kind. Wifi a bit hit & miss, but that’s ok. "Mein Zimmer in der gebuchten Villa war für mich richtig schlimm. Leider hat das meinen Aufenthalt sehr negativ beeinflusst. So schade, ich hatte mich auf die Südsee so richtig gefreut. In der Beschreibung für die Villa sollte klar dargestellt werden dass das 3. Schlafzimmer ein dunkles Zimmer hinten raus mir schlechter Belüftung ist. Ich würde die Villa nicht mehr buchen. "

"The staff were so lovely and the resort was beautiful. In such a great location and it was right on such an amazing beach to swim and snorkel in. The villas were perfect and all the snorkelling equipment, paddle boarding and kayaks were awesome to use. The brekky and restaurant was also so delicious and had a great view. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cooks Oasis! Although the resort is a bit difficult to find, due to signage at the street having been removed, we loved the location. We checked in on a Sunday which meant the staff was not working. No problem, they got the room ready and left us a note on their reader board as to how to access our Villa.
