"Location of the hotel is really good, short walk to a metro station and you can travel straight from the airport to the local station which is really handy. All the hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Whenever we sat in the lobby water and glasses were brought over within minutes. They have a free happy hour drink for hotel guests every evening between 5-6pm, which is really cute. The bed was super comfy and me and my partner slept very well every night. "This is a hotel that feels as if they are cutting corners and hoping you won’t notice. Breakfast was just a little disappointing they were clearly limiting the choices eg the bacon was lardons, there was one cheese, the pastries were pecan or croissants only. They also charged to keep your luggage when you check out and they charge for the pool and spa. It all adds up to a feeling of “blah”. The staff were excellent. "

"The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"Bathroom was small and there was no separate section for shower; it was in the middle of the bathroom between sink and toilet separated by a shower curtain. Because the shower and sink share the same drain on the floor, there was always un unpleasant drain smell in the whole room. The location is really good - just a 3-minute walk to train station; 20 minutes to the downtown area and 5 minutes to the airport by train."

"Our stay at the Imperial Hotel was fantastic. The location is fantastic, and our room was exactly what we needed. Having the chance to have a triple for myself and my two sons was GREAT! Breakfast was definitely a highlight. There were so many delicious choices - from breads to cheeses to hot foods! And the fruit was so fresh! Great stay! "

"Zéér centraal gelegen hotel, kortbij de shopping area en de vele bezienswaardigheden. Ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid, supervers en heel lekker! Onze kamers waren heel proper en aan de achterkant gelegen, je kon probleemloos met een open raam slapen en geen enkel last van buitengeluiden! Een dikke aanrader dit hotel!! Zeer tevreden met ons verblijf!"
