Because you don't book directly and through a second/third party you don't get what other guest receive when booking directly with the resort. They put us up in a "privately owned" room which was part of the "200" units. So the room or rooms will only be updated upon the owners responsibility. This room was clean which we liked, but so stripped down of things we would need for an overnight stay that we won't be staying there again."
