"Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....

"Excellent stay - easy check in & they upgraded our room to a city view on a higher floor, which was a wonderful surprise. It was so appreciated throughout the entire stay and my son enjoyed watching the night skyline. Clean, quiet, and in a wonderful neighborhood. We will be back!"

"Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been better."
