"I really had a good time at RIU the services was really nice and the breakfast"

"Staff was very helpful even to take your bags up to the room and out of the hotel, most of them speak english or little. Our room had no mini fridge, kettle and no iron which would've been helpful for our stay also the rooms needed a bit more cleaning especially the headboard of the bed was a little dusty . The furnitures look a bit old and the sheet needs a change few spots were spotted think a remodeling needs to be done . Our bathroom were very clean only issue was the shower door...

"It's never fun to have a view of the roof (no view) and as much I spent at the casino and the food, I guess I expected better. The guards were cool, and tried to keep the women away from me while I gambled, ate dinner, etc. I'd stay there again, but the casino is lame."

"The hotel room is not accurately represented by the pictures on Expedia. It is older and not well maintained. The shower definitely needs to be replaced. Our key card also stopped working and we needed a manager to open the door for us. We were told breakfast was included but in the morning, we were told it was not. The staff was very nice though."
