Cari Hotel di Dominika

"Good"

"Firstly, there was absolutely no prior notice that the pool/deck would be closed during our stay - surely on one of the many messages you send, that should have been mentioned. This was very cealrly preplanned so why no communication? The rooms were good, no issues. The food was also good. However, the (already paid for!) taxi to the airport at 4.30am didn't show up. It took 30 very stressful minutes to source a driver to get us there, arriving almost as check in closed. No apology was made for...

"Ocean Oasis has been my go-to hotel since it opened, and it continues to deliver every time. The staff is exceptional, very warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is ideal, the property is new and beautifully maintained, and the views are simply impeccable. The food has also been consistently great. It really is the complete package…great service, beautiful surroundings, excellent food, and a wonderful location all wrapped into one. Always a pleasure staying here."

"Came here to celebrate a milestone birthday. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Be advised the main beach is quite small and very rocky, however you can take a kayak over to a much longer expanse of beach if long walks on the beach are your things. Also, they do provide watershoes -facilitating the process of walking over the rocks. The scenery is quite beautiful and they did have some extras which was much appreciated (free first dinner, free Indian river tour). I do recommend this place &...

"If you are planning to travel to Dominica for the best views of the country’s nature. Then this is the resort for you. There are many various type flowers and trees all surrounding the property. Landscapers to pride and maintain them every morning. Have no fear of bugs. I didn’t see any bugs or rodents or mosquitoes during my stay. Rooms were nice with good views all around. Rooms have both 120V and 220V power! The beach was a short walk and even has sites for sea turtles. No complaints on my...

"We had an amazing stay at this resort in Dominica—it truly felt like an escape into nature. The views were incredible, and the whole setting was peaceful and refreshing. One of the highlights was the food. Every meal was outstanding, and Chef Damien made the experience unforgettable. You can tell a lot of care and creativity goes into each dish—it was easily some of the best food I’ve had while traveling. The staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly proud of their country. They loved sharing...

"Spot is great. Staff even better. Very cute place. My favorite on its tier in Dominica. Food is also delicious!"

"New elevator very helpful, very friendly serving staff, clean rooms every day is rare, great food. Very good business week. I’m a repeat customer."

"Great area to stay in. Quiet peaceful away from the busy city yet close enough to access it. Definitely will stay there again . Recommend"

"Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money."

"Besides the airport shuttle basically begging for tips and selling private tours I enjoyed the shuttle I paid 250 for. The staff was somewhat attentive. The owner was very friendly and told his story of how he built the resort from start up. The inky gripe I had was a staff member knocked at my four at 630 am one morning , I t woke me , he then entered without my consent. I felt violated. I repotted it but not sure if the individual came forward.,I’d stay here again but I would also be open to...

"Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)"

"Comfortable and the restaurant was good, fast service and very pleasant staff."
