"Beautiful property all around"

"The first ocean front 2 bedroom I checked into had a very strong musty smell like mold. I asked to be move &, they were able to accommodate me into a deluxe 2 bedroom. The view was not the same but it was much larger & I enjoyed my stay. I ate breakfast there once to go for $25 & enjoyed wings & rum punch @ the pool. It was delicious. Staff is very nice! I'd stay there again."

"We had an amazing stay at this resort in Dominica—it truly felt like an escape into nature. The views were incredible, and the whole setting was peaceful and refreshing. "Staff were very helpful. Ordering food from the restaurant was very smooth. Came right to our room door. Great room and living area, full size kitchen was a great surprise. We didn't even need the air conditioning at times. Fresh air from the river kept the place cool. Will be back again."

"This hotel was very close to the ferry boat marina and cruise ship docks. It's walkable to many shops and restaurants and right on a main street so I enjoyed the noise and vibrancy from the 2nd floor deck. My room was spotlessly clean and had a small fridge and a working air conditioner. The large deck was for all guests and overlooked the street. "Anchorage Hotel is a great place to stay, close to Roseau. We ate breakfast next door at Ocean Edge restaurant, and we bought a few groceries at Green's Supermarket up the road as you go toward Wallhouse community. Our room had an electric tea kettle and coffee supplies and a small frig. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated having parking just off the street for our rental car."

"Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)"

"Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money."
