"The room was superb. The pool is excellent. There is one restaurant for breakfast with a buffet, and one restaurant for dinner. It did not have everything on the menu, and I found it pricey, although the food was good. Service was very slow, although I didn't mind - I wasn't in a hurry. No beach!"

The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. "Our experience at the Pagua Bay House was great! The grounds, cabana, restaurant, and view of the bay were amazing. We ate most of our meals on-site at the bar and grill. As others have mentioned, we really appreciated the help from Sheldon and Alicia in setting up activities and providing suggestions to explore the island!
