"Everything was great"

"The pool is very enjoyable. We were able to get seats by the pool easily every single day and were able to jump to all the different ones. It’s a very big resort. It’s a lot of walking was done, but we thought that it helped us walk off all the food and drinks we were having our boy really love the kids club and wanted to go back a few days in a row, which gave us time to go to the casino and things where children weren’t allowed."

"The optics/aesthetics of this resort were ON POINT and The staff was wonderful. A few issues did arise. A) my room had mold in the shower and mold collecting on the couch in my bungalow suite. B) the app for making reservations to eat (mind you, ALL 12 restaurants are reservation only or you can’t eat) was down, so we had the front desk assist us in booking a few dinner reservations. upon arrival for dinner, the host informed us we did not have a reservation, and denied us entry. "Our trip to Majestic Mirage started off on a great note, but unfortunately, the experience quickly declined. We encountered several issues with our room that significantly impacted our stay. "Beach view was amazing , staff was friendly , food options were only great in the buffet and steak house , Asian too. As for the Mexican place I got served only onions as a vegetarian dish.. it was 9:30 and they had no more seating apparently. I wish there was a place with authentic Dominican food in the hotel. That’s the only complaint I have. "

"We had major room issues, bathroom door would not shut, and when we let staff know they dismissed us, never sent anyone to fix it. Room was also damp and there was rust all over fixtures. After three days of complaining, they finally moved us and then the next morning we woke to water coming down from fixtures, my bed was soaking, water all over the floor and coffee table. Told the front desk and they just said ok. "
