"This is the 4th time we stay we loved it the first few times but it seems now they are renovating some things . Some amenities like some pools and areas will be closed least in our time there . Food prices increased. Service is still pretty good . Luxury 3 villa lacked of comforters not a big deals but they only provided some throw blankets that were still too small for the beds . Over all we would come back."
"Amazing property, couldn t be cleaner. The staff are trained at a very highly level; all very courteous; we really enjoyed the various restaurants and considering it is an all inclusive the food was actually pretty good. I have been to DR 3 times and would for sure consider staying here again. It was my wedding anniversary and they even had a ribbon on your door celebrating us! Loved every moment thank you for making our time wonderful"
"I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my recent experience with Arajet due to excessive flight delays, misleading communication, poor customer service, and unreasonable additional charges during our travel from Santo Domingo to Miami (MIA).
Our flight was delayed for more than 6 hours with very little communication provided to passengers. The delay was not properly announced at the airport, and the airline website failed to clearly show the actual flight status, creating confusion and uncertainty for passengers and family members monitoring the flight.
Arajet emailed only some passengers stating the flight would depart at 8 PM; however, the plane actually left after 9 PM, and we finally arrived in Miami after 11 PM. During the delay, even airline staff appeared frustrated and unable to explain the real reason for the delay. Many passengers became upset and uncomfortable due to the lack of transparency and communication.
No food vouchers, accommodations, compensation, or meaningful assistance were offered despite the long delay.
Additionally, Arajet charged $95 per passenger for personal items for all 6 passengers in my reservation, resulting in hundreds of dollars in unexpected fees. These charges were not clearly disclosed during booking. I was informed these fees could have been paid online at a discounted rate; however, despite the long delay, I was never given the opportunity to do so.
I also informed the airline that one member of my family had recently un"

"From the very first day, the bathroom was flooding every night. The water was dripping from the ceiling, and not just slightly—it was a significant and constant leak. We reported this issue multiple times, both by phone and in person at reception, but unfortunately no action was taken. What is most concerning is that only on the last day, at check-out time, someone was sent to inspect the issue, which turned out to be caused by the air conditioning.
The amount of water was excessive and posed a serious safety hazard, especially for children. In fact, my son slipped due to this situation, which is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, the air conditioning was making loud banging noises every 10 to 15 minutes. During the first nights it was quite alarming and made it difficult to rest.
Regarding cleanliness, it was also below standard. The bed sheets were not changed, and when we returned to the room, there was still sand in the bed from the morning, indicating that cleaning was not done properly. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned.
This experience gave us the impression that, because we booked through an external platform such as Hotels.com, we did not receive the same level of attention, which is very disappointing.
While other aspects of the stay were acceptable, the condition of the room made our overall experience very negative.
We expect this matter to be taken seriously and would appreciate a response..."
