"Buena diatribucion de amenidades, fabulosa arquitectura y pisajes y excelente comida y bebidas. Solo deben mejorar el tema de la disponibilidad de restaurantes, fuimos por 3 dias y solamente nos dieron una disponibilidad para cenar de todos los restaurantes que tienen y fue a las 6:30 de la tarde lo que vi absurdo ya que habian muchos restaurantes "

"We stayed here and paid extra for the Preferred Club, expecting better service and an upgraded experience, but it was very disappointing.
Customer service was inconsistent—only a few staff members were helpful. At one point, my young kids were wet and cold at the pool and there were no towels available. After asking multiple employees and waiting, I had to go to the lobby myself to get towels.

"Ich würde auch 10 Sterne vergeben. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt und haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, überall wird gefegt und geputzt, Zimmer ordentlich, das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren in den Osterferien mit 2 Kindern (12 und 10). Uns wurde gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis beim Check-in ein noch verfügbares Familienzimmer angeboten und das war eine gute Entscheidung, viel Platz, 2 Bäder, Etagenbett für die Kimderund Kingbed für Erwachsene.
