Unfortunately the en suite was of poor quality and had spiderwebs and dirt everywhere, a load of pubes and splash stains over the toilet, obviously meaning it hasnt been cleaned for a while, let alone up to the "covid safe" state required. "An early phone call on the day told us that there was a problem with the toilet flush! But the host was very amenable in giving us the choice of having the house next door instead if we wished. On arrival we chose the original booked house as it had a walk in shower rather than bath and managed to make the faulty flush system work. The communication for key code details was supposed to be 24 hours prior to check in but was only given on the morning. This did not give a feeling of certainty but...
