"Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. As a woman who travels alone for work, i feel incredibly safe there with...

"The hotel is beautiful with excellent staff members who can't do enough for you. The restaurant food is lovely and the breakfast included is such good value for money. Everyone was very happy on the business trip. One only issue is the guest Wifi is quite weak from the upstairs rooms so had to come to the bar to do some work. "The property is great. I was traveling with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and nephew (16 yrs old). The unit has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It's a large space approximately 600 sqft. There is also parking which is a big plus in England. The unit does not indicate it has a washer and dryer but the picture of the unit clearly shows a washer. Unfortunately there's no dryer and since we were traveling during the winter it took a long time for the clothes to hang dry. We were in outer Birmingham...

"Absolute gem - beautiful accommodation and fabulous staff. Highlight of my stay was throwing the ball for their two awesome Border Collies and chatting to the staff/managers at breakfast. "

"we stayed at the superior hotel for a weekend break to catch up ith family . On arrival we needed to change room to a gound floor room due to problems I hve with stairs . The staff where very helpfull and gave us a ground floor room no problem.The hotel was clean and all staff where very help . There is a bus stop outside the hotel for easy of bus routes,and a kfc acroos the road.Dudley town centre is a five minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk. we enjoyed our stay and would reurn again."

"For a standard double bed room for £40 its definitely worth going, nice bed, bathroom and nice tv as well but i still haven't got my £50 back as it would say i would be refunded back after my stay and need it asap but other than that i would highly recommend"

"I would not recommend this place for any other reason. It is strictly a budget hotel. Do not stay here unless your expectations are basic. Having said that it is manned at reception and the staff are helpful. The place does need a refit but that would add to the cost of a room. I'd prefer it as is."
