"Everything was good"

"Large room, soft mattress, plenty of pillows. Room was very how and no air con but a fan was provided. Breakfast included which was ok but awful coffee. Area was nice looking over the golf course"

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"Where do I start! We stayed here 4 years ago and it was marvellous.it was thriving ,busy, Bustling . This time when we arrived we was told check in your car else you’ll get a fine ( great fair enough.) Then sign in and il take a card off you just in case your room gets trashed! Wow! "Just a 1 night stay for us so didn’t use any facilities. Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary car parking at weekends was a bonus as we’ve been ripped off at some hotels. Would definitely use again and recommend "

"Overall this hotel is in a great location if you are attending an event at resorts world, and given that I would put up with it again, but I wouldn't stay at this property if I didn't have a need to. My main issue was the bed, even with a mattress topper it was hard. The mattress topper was also too short for the bed, so the pillow sank towards the headboard.
