Cari Hotel di Distrik East Cambridgeshire

"Convenient and affordable Hotel"

"We love this hotel, it’s really world class. Beautifully decorated, amazing staff, we are always so well looked after. The location is fantastic and our room had a lovely view over Parker’s Piece."

"Alles bestens"

"Hotel was gorgeous and kept so nice, first impressions are great with a welcoming team and lovely reception area. We got upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise and the room was so nice! Really comfortable, spacious and modern. Pool area is good too!"

"Location was ideal for us and pricing within reason. We just spent one night before going on to Ely for a wedding."

"Great new, clean hotel right next to Cambridge North station. Really nice breakfast, good sized room, really quiet and good temperature. Good pool, slightly small but good. Only negative was you have to pay for parking (£21 for our one night stay)"

"This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it."

"The site advertises that they took pets, but they neglected to say that the only pets they take are dogs unless you look real deeply into the website. After we booked the hotel assuming they had allowed cats we tried to cancel our reservation, but they refused to let us do that and made us pay for the four days that we had booked regardless. There was no reason that they couldn’t refund our money. I understand that they said it was a non-refundable price but I think they could have made an...

"Lovely hotel, great location but the stand out was the staff, every person of staff that I spoke to was very friendly, a lot of the staff were young which in the U.K. could be a red flag however, maybe it’s the Cambridge air but they were all great."

"parking and staff and good"

"Staff, food , spa excellent. Service was a bit slow but food hot, extremely tasty; very courteous and friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy ; Room keys originally incorrectly programmed which was rectified, still very difficult to open door, no lock on bathroom door, heating in room did not work, mattress lumpy and uncomfortable pillows hard and uncomfortable"

"Dear Expedia Customer Service Team, I am writing to complain about my recent one-night stay at Holiday Inn Cambridge, which was disappointing due to several issues. We checked in at approximately 2:30 pm, but after settling into our room, we were told late at night that we needed to change rooms. Additionally, there was no hot water, and early the following morning, lawn mowing outside disturbed us while we were still asleep. These issues meant we were unable to rest properly or enjoy our...

"My wife, who is an artist, loves the decor of this hotel. I found the staff really helpful. We had an odd problem with our room due to the kettle causing an electrical short. The staff were excellent in sorting out the problem and gave us an upgrade. The breakfast is very good and well laid out with options for a personalised service. The beds are very comfortable, we have stayed there before so can compare the rooms. The location is excellent, just near the railway station. We plan to stay...

"We stayed in a superior double room which we had stayed in previously. The decor was slightly tired and the A/C was quite noisy. Staff as delightful as always and breakfasts are excellent. Delighted to join in with International Champagne Day and enjoyed a glass of fizz and a lovely chat with the impressive head sommelier."
