I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Wonderful Hotel, is very close to different location in central London. The staff was very gentle. The room was amazing, the only negative point, so to speak, would be that it's not very intuitive for the room lights. Apart from that, everything was great. If I ever take another trip to London, believe me, you'll be my first choice."

The hotel is ideally placed for theatres and lots of places to eat. The Italian cafe over the road in Russell square garden is wonderful. "everything was so nice! i felt so safe and cozy as a solo traveler here. i wish there were fridges but did just fine without one! they had little snacks in a vending machine, tea/hot drinks 24/7, and a lovely staff. location was super convenient and i felt right at home! i will be staying here next time i’m in town. thank you all!"
