"I had a terrible experience at Grand Resort and SPA on 15 December, 2018. We booked a twin room online using hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel the twin beds have very hard mattress. We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed. "The hotel has a lovely onsite spa and beauty centre. ATM'a are outside if you need cash. The breakfast buffet was very nice with Ethiopian and Western food choices and you can also order eggs which the chef will make to taste. Communication is basic and some of the réception staff have difficulty speaking English. The standard room is a bit small but the deluxe was very nice.
