"The entire experience of visiting Addas Ababa, was excellent! "Everything was excellent! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect, close to shopping. The breakfast was also great. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Lovely and helpful staff. However the hot water was not working and some days no water was coming from the shower. The room was also very cold, but the staff did their best to bring heaters. They also supported us when we were unwell. We ended up leaving early, and unfortunately no refund was provided. However the staff are lovely people."
