"Normally I have nothing bad to say about this property. However, this time my toilet wasn’t working properly. I went to the front desk and reported. A mechanic/plumber came to fix ur. He said he fixed it. Next thing you know, it’s not fixed. So every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to stick my hand inside the tank to flush it. Not something I wanted to do!"

"I stayed in this hotel multiple times. Although I knew it was an older hotel, built wise, this time I was a bit frustrated. Elevator was not working properly, it took 7-10 minutes for it to come down, then it took me to level 14 and stopped. I took the stairs down to my room. Later the same thing happened so I used stairs for the rest of my stay. In the morning I wanted to take a warm shower, water temperature was extremely cold no matter how long I tried to wait.
