"Our room was near the pools and lagoon which meant easy access. There were lots of free activities offered, some of which were in the large outdoor pool if you wanted to join in. The staff were very friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy to be working at the Marriott no matter what they were doing...and had beautiful singing voices which we often heard if a celebration was held or a person was leaving. The breakfast offered a large, varied selection of food for all nationalities to choose...

"The Fiji Hilton is at a great location! It’s very close to Port Denarau and convenient for boat transfers. The rooms are right on the beach and right next the water. We chose a room with a kitchen and laundry, which was incredibly helpful! It’s not a great site to snorkel off the beach, but it’s a nice walking beach for finding shells! "I got the Bungalow with private pool and Butler service. There are no words to describe how amazing this place was. Well worth every $ spent. By the second day the whole staff knew us by name and said Bula everytime we met. The bungalow was very roomy and the pool clean. The beach outside the hotel isn’t a white sandy beach with crystal clear water it’s black sand and black water so that was a bit disappointing, but you just go on day trips to the outer islands for that fix .
