"We really enjoyed our stay at Vistana resort. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with full kitchen and living room and the interior design and decor were very well done considering the building was probably much older. The renovation was nice, but we did have to walk three flights of stairs as those older buildings did not have elevators. "Evermore is beautiful! The flat we stayed in was very clean! Let’s start with housekeeping…they never in the 6 days we were there stopped in To see if we needed anything. TP, Kleenex! Whatever…we washed our towels! Yes we could have called and gotten fresh towels, but that is a service that should have been provided. Food!!!!! Very expensive! We arrived and got room service through evermore. food was good. But there was no delivery service for breakfast the next day. So spent $10 on a...

"They have washer and dryer but in our room they weren’t working well. We had to dry the clothes several times for them to dry. I don’t like that they don’t clean daily or every other day at least especially if you have a long stay."

"Couldn’t cook every time we tried smoke alarm would go off because the oven was so nasty!!!! The drawers was dirty on the inside where silverware was. The floor was dirty. The cabinets was peeling. Only one elevator was working and it was difficult to get to the room had to wait during the day was bad. People in the pool at all hours being loud waking people up. The air in the bedroom part kept turning off at the thermostat. Will never stay there ever again."

"Unfortunately our stay at Westgate was not a pleasant one. We were not told that our two bedroom unit in building 1900 was a dog friendly unit. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the strong dog urine smell. It was so overwhelming but masked with a strong perfume smell. There was also dampness that never went away on the carpet in the main bedroom around the tub area. We asked to be relocated but they could not accommodate. We were forced to stay as we were there for a volleyball tournament and...
