"The location was perfect. The room was large by Paris standards. The staff were friendly and so helpful in figuring out things. It was really a lovely experience. I’ll stay there again!"

"Tout était extra (emplacement, chambre, spa, repas et cocktails du bar) mais le vrai plus a été l'accueil et toutes les attentions du personnel. Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie et vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Et c'est très réussi !"

"The hotel is old."

"The hotel is clean and well maintained our room was comfortable and loved our very large balcony overlooking Eiffle Tower. We didn't like that it was a shared balcony with the room next door. We do recommend the breakfast buffet, many selections and food was very good. We did eat at the restaurant/ bar and room service as well and were very pleased with the food. Our only complaint was there is no soundproofing from room to room. We heard every conversation even unzipping of luggage at all...

"I had a few issues"

"The elevator in the 6 story building was down for 6 days and there did not appear ti be any urgency to fix it. I left and went to Le Relais Montmartre. Much better option"

"This was a very unique experience. I was expecting it to be small but it was very small for me and my partner. The most difficult part was the shower. It was situated beside the toilet and you had to literally step over the commode itself to step in the shower risking slipping. The shower was only about one arms length wide and very hard to bend forward and wash feet literally. The cushions used to decorate the backboard of the bed were heavy with dust. But I got what I paid for. It was close to...

"It’s a two star hotel so don’t expect anything too fancy but it’s very very clean and the air-conditioning works and it’s closed to all the amenities. It’s very easy to use the metro there. It’s a big station. I don’t really know how to get a better location for the price. The staff is great If you get there a little after midnight and you bang on the door and nobody answers right away don’t panic, they’re coming"

"Rooms need some work. Very basic. No decorating still concrete. Sent an email since leaving had no response about lost property which I think says it all with customer service, we also didn’t have great customer service when there very rude and stroppy on the desk with explaining about electronic room keys, this also then had a delay. WiFi non existent in rooms. Beds were ok for the few hours we were in them. Lobby looks wonderful and pool just wish this reflected in the rooms too! Shuttle bus...

"Location next to train station was helpful."

"The location was great. Was clean but didn’t k wit was apartment condo and has no cleaning staff till checkout. But generally everything was smooth, clean and quiet."
