"This hotel's location is excellent for visiting the city. It was also very clean and a decent value for the money. The breakfast buffet was top notch and well worth the cost - providing excellent assortment of breakfast foods, excellent coffee, and a nice way to get the morning started. It is a bit expensive (the buffet) but overall I would say a great way to go. The housekeeping staff was just wonderfully kind and helpful."

"I was traveling with my husband and two teenage sons(13 & 15) so the room set up with them in the attic space above us worked well. The room did not have a fixed ac unit but they did have a large portable ac unit in the room. My husband and I were fine but our sons said it was very hot in the attic part - we were there in July at the end of the heatwave. There is not much space in the room/studio but we did not plan to spend much time in the room so it was fine for us. There is a small kitchen...

"I chose Le Meurice because of its reputation as one of Paris's premier palace hotels. While the property is beautiful and the location exceptional, the service fell far short of what I expected. "The property was well located clean and the employees competent and helpful. I was surprised that the room considered premium and at around $2,000.00 a night did not have a full shower. I also shocked at how thin and badly insulated the rooms walls were. I could actually hear the person sneezing in the adjoining room as well as their wake up alarm."
