"Everything was great except there was no hot water for showering. Since we were only staying the one night it didn’t ruin anything. However, I would definitely take that into consideration before booking there again."

"The room was very nice and the handicapped accessories built in were wonderful. Two cons: 1) The shower head was not the correct one. It did not have a hole in the bottom to fit on the bracket attached to the rod which allows you to move the head up and down. 2) We stayed two nights. After the first night we were gone most of the day and when we came back to the room there had been no housekeeping done. Bed not made, new towels not supplied, etc. This was quite disappointing."

"The bathroom water did not drain at all!!! Informed Front Desk. Nothing done. Curtains were filthy dirty with stains and blinds were broken at the top. Shower water would barely come out and was not hot. Did not use because of it."
