"I booked a deluxe double room and prepaid. When I checked in there was an extremely foul stench coming from the bathroom and into the room. I was told it had something to do with the rain and the drains. It was unbearable, and they gave me a spray but that did nothing as I was spraying every few minutes to the point that the spray ran out. I then was asked to move to another room, but the room I was moved to was the only one available which was a smaller room, and it too had the same foul...

"Breakfast was simple, English Breakfast & America Breakfast. English Breakfast was the better of the two. Would have preferred a Ghanaian Breakfast too & more variety. Rooms were cleaned. Staff was amazing & helpful. Its in a safe & good part of the City. Lots of Stores, Restaurants, Pubs, Clubs close by the Hotel. Definitely worth it for the price."

"Stayed at Urbano Hotel recently and honestly had a really good experience. The hotel has a fresh vibe to it and you can feel that the new management is trying to take the place to another level.
My room was super comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was actually really nice. Staff was very welcoming and helpfull.
For the price, it was definitely worth it and I’d happily stay there again next time I’m in Accra."
