"I like the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I didn’t like the wait time for checking in especially since I just got off a long flight. There wasn’t any liquid detergent for the washing machine and one of the chairs had a nasty stain on it. However I would recommend this hotel to others."

"NEEDS Improvements: We booked the apartment because it featured a washer AND dryer. The dryer did not work, and clothes still very damp. We put the dry on for an additional hour, for the clothes to still be a little damp. The host forgot to explain to us about how to turn on the hot water. We did not have hot water for the shower, (which is upstairs), but the switch to turn it on is downstairs in the kitchen on a wall by the stove. How were we supposed to guess this? Our host did a good job...

"I arrived very early due to dropping my students off at the airport. One of the desk workers told me it would be $50 USD for an early check-in so I decline. That’s half the price of the room. "The Resort itself is great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the views are stunning. However an improvement of the internet in that location would be imperative. The WiFi in the rooms didn’t work to save my life I missed important bussiness meetings and my wife couldn’t log on to complete her classes for her doctoral program that alone forced us to check out 3 days earlier than we had to, we book it for 7 nights, but checked out 3 days before check out, we would’ve liked to have stayed...

"We arrived early in the morning and the room was already waiting for us. It was large required with a desk, fridge, a patio, and a roomy bathroom. The place was spotless and the staff did an excellent job keeping it that way. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice selection to satisfy every taste. "My stay was amazing!!! Staff were very great and responsive, Also very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. It’s close to the airport and a lot of tourist attractions. Area is beautiful with lots of amenities and things to do on the property. House keeping always came to check and see if we needed the room clean which we skipped some days, but my overall experience was amazing I give this place 10/10"

"Very nice appartement un a very nice house in a very nice and safe neighbourhood. We see Ghana and Accra overall as a safe place. On top this appartement house has a security gate. The airport is nearby. No disturbing noise. The host was very nice and the communication was very good and always customer focused. The appartement was very clean. The playground, garden and swimming pool was very welcoming. The highlight is a tennis court and basketball court on the roof of the building....

"The Staff were very courteous,friendly and professional! My room was satisfactory clean every day. Breakfast was almost the same thing every day! I got a private driver to take me around because the toads are heavily congested,The Mall is walking distance away but the traffic can be scary to navigate! Overall I enjoyed my stay!"
