"All was 5 star, except the Air Conditioning. It's been my second stay in the last 2 months, so I'm comparing 2 different rooms, however, there was a common problem. The air velocity was far too hign making the rooms uncomfortable. The primary air is delivered to each room at a far too high velocity above the area of the windows. There is then a sceondary system giving some room by room options. If you put your own room system off it does nothing to the primary air delivery. I was so pleased to...

"This is an excellent hotel with professional, warm and welcoming staff. It’s on a very busy, loud road but once inside you can’t hear a thing. The room was spotless and serviced every day. The breakfast was a fantastic full English plus fruit, muesli, cereal, yoghurt, pastries. Everything to suit everyone. It’s a 15 mins walk to casemates square, bit less to the marina. "Wow, what an amazing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the luxury yacht. Our 8 year old loved exploring the boat and watching the planes take off and land. There aren’t many flights a day so it wasn’t a disturbance at all. Our host Valerie was really responsive with any questions we had and the property manager Erwann was super friendly and very accommodating regarding arrival times. Thanks so much guys, we loved it. "We had a great stay in Gibraltar at this apartment. Lots of basic items were included also. Clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds. james Power (agent) was of immense help who kept us well informed prior to our arrival and met us immediately once we arrived in Gib. He gave us all the info we needed and was available throughout our stay if needed."
